Chicken Ceasar Salad Pitas

These chicken ceasar salad pitas are so easy and so satisfying


Ingredients:

- 4-5 Thin sliced chicken breast.

- 2 Egg

- Italian seasoned bread crumbs

- Non-stick spray

- St. Joseph's Pitas

- 1 bag of a light ceasar salad kit.


Directions:

- Start heating up your air fryer. If you do not have an air fryer, Heat your oven to 425 degrees

- Beat the eggs is a bowl and pour on a plate.

- Pour enough of the seasoned bread crumbs on a plate, enough to cover the bottom

- Dip the chicken breast into the egg to coat both sides and then into the Italian seasoned bread crumbs, enough to coat both sides.

- Next, place the chicken in the air fryer or oven. If you are using the oven, make sure that you line the pan with parchment paper and spray the chicken on bot sides with non-stick spray. If you are using the air-fryer, also spray both sides of the chicken with the non-stick spray.

-While the chicken is cooking, prepare the lite ceasar salad according to the directions on the back of the bag.

- Once the chicken is done, let it cool for about 10 min before cutting it into bite sized pieces.

- I like to heat the St. Joseph's Pita in the oven at 425 for about three to four minutes, but you do not have to.

- Finally, mix the bite sized chicken pieces and the salad together and then scoop into the pita.
