JSApr 24, 20231 min readSimple Shrimp and Butternut SquashThis simple and healthy recipe can be thrown together in no time flat.- First things first, heat your oven to 400 degrees.- Cube your butternut squash- Next, place parchment paper on a baking sheet and place the cubed butternut squash on top.- Spray the squash with olive oil spray and sprinkle on some Truvia Brown Sugar Blend. I use about a 1/4 of a cup.- Then, grind on some Himalayan Pink Salt and pop them in the oven for about 20 min or until tender.- Now it's time to prep the shrimp.
