Simple Shrimp and Butternut Squash

This simple and healthy recipe can be thrown together in no time flat.

- First things first, heat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Cube your butternut squash
- Next, place parchment paper on a baking sheet and place the cubed butternut squash on top.
- Spray the squash with olive oil spray and sprinkle on some Truvia Brown Sugar Blend. I use about a 1/4 of a cup.
- Then, grind on some Himalayan Pink Salt and pop them in the oven for about 20 min or until tender.
- Now it's time to prep the shrimp. I like to use cleaned, deveined, and tail off shrimp
- Brush some olive oil on both sides of the shrimp.
- Next sprinkle on some Old Bay Seasoning on both sides.
- Place your prepared shrimp on a hot BBQ grill over medium heat until cooked.

Ingredients:
- Butternut Squash
- Olive Oil Spray
- Truvia Brown Sugar Blend
- Himalayan Pink Salt
- Shrimp (cleaned, deveined and tails off)
- Olive oil
- Old Bay Seasoning.
