Ok! So, who am I you ask? Well, my name is Jennifer and I am a wife, a mother of three and a Nurse. I have a passion for cooking and teaching others how to make healthier, more flavorful skinny foods.

Until one day, I decided to take matters into my own hands and experiment with even more recipes until I figured out a way to make them just as delicious, but with fewer calories.
