Solo Salmon

This is a great recipe when you are short on time. This simple salmon recipe is hearty and healthy to keep you going all day long.


Directions

- Pre-heat your over to 375 degrees

-line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- spray the parchment paper with cooking spray

- place the salmon skin side down on the coated paper

- season the salmon with salt, pepper and garlic

-bake the salmon for about 20-30min. I like my salmon well done

-Meanwhile, prepare the bag salad according to directions.

- serve the warn salmon over the salad.


Ingredients:

-parchment paper

-non-stick cooking spray

-1-2 salmon fillets

-salt, pepper and garlic

-light ceaser salad kit
