Strawberry Creamsicle

This recipe is kid approved and packed with protein. Not only is this recipe low in sugar, it is low calorie!


Ingredients:

- 1 cup of fat free Greek yogurt

- 1 cup of fat free cottage cheese

- 1/4 cup of monk fruit sweetener

- 2 cups of fresh washed strawberries


Directions:

- Blend the Greek yogurt and the cottage cheese together in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy.

- Add the monk fruit sweetener and continue to blend until it is well incorporated.

- Put the creamy mixture aside in a bowl

- Next, place the clean strawberries in the food processor or blender until they are a liquid consistency.

- Pour the strawberry mixture into the creamy mixture and mix the two together till they are well incorporated

Finally, pour the mixture into the ice pop molds and freeze the strawberry creamsicles overnight.
